QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

The quality-environment integrated management system of Mont Blanc Group covers the field of manufacturing of bike carrier and load carrier systems in relation with standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949:2016.

It is the policy of Mont Blanc Group to offer their customers products of high quality and to meet contractual, legal and regulatory requirements that are applicable. Mont Blanc Group is also aligned with compliance obligations including in the standards; ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.

Mont Blanc Group continuously improves the integrated management system by continuously analyse and verify the performance of the management system. Existing objectives are improved if needed and new objectives are established when necessary. The adequacy of this policy regarding quality and environment is analysed regularly by management to be aligned with the context in which the organization operates. Working on continuously improvements, we encouraged team members to review current work practices and processes to suggest improvements.

The organization's performance is analysed by collecting and analysing system data. Whenever possible, improvements are applied immediately to increase product quality, customer satisfaction and to better protect the environment. To achieve this, every team member must be familiar with the management system documentation to apply it correctly.

This Quality and Environment Policy is presented and explained, through periodic training, to every team member within the organization. All staff must be aware of the implications of the fulfilment of requirements applicable to the organization's performance, personal development, and customer satisfaction.

With our industrial and manufacturing processes, we are working to reduce environmental impact and to preserve resources. We are committed to implement principles in our daily work at all Mont Blanc production sites to reduce waste and CO2 emissions, to recycle reusable materials and to increase our ratio of renewable energy.

If something breaks, sorry about that, but we'll solve it. Our focus on spare parts means you don't have to buy entirely new products. The same applies if you change your car. No problem. Find a new kit that fits your car and roof rack, and you can easily move your carriers. When products eventually reach the end of their life, we rethink, reuse, and ensure that old parts can be used in new products. Easy Go - even for nature.

Strenge Tests und zertifizierte Qualitätsarbeit

Unsere Produkte werden sowohl von unabhängigen Laboren als auch von unseren eigenen Experten gründlich getestet (natürlich haben wir eine eigene Qualitätsabteilung). Aber wir wollen alles doppelt und dreifach absichern und die Anforderungen der Behörden und der Automobilindustrie übertreffen. Deshalb testen wir unsere Ausrüstung auch in realen Situationen. Unsere Qualitätsarbeit ist nach ISO 9001:2015 und IATF 16949:2016 für die Automobilindustrie sowie nach den Umweltanforderungen der ISO 14001:2015 zertifiziert.
